This snow cone machine works great just perfect for any event/ popup event I’m in Los Angeles, California and I do pop up event March through November and this is great for me, so I just purchased this today on 8/26/2025 it wasn’t broken like the other video mentioned and it was very secure packaging with two boxes and everything inside was protected with white foam around the machine so it would break during delivery. Thanks Amazon for the extra protection. This is a must buy item and I also bought 3 years protection for it.

Would get a 0 star if i could… I bought this machine in february for an April birthday party. Didn’t think to check machine. So 2 days before the party which was April 26 took machine out box and it didn’t work. We had everything popcorn, cotton candy, and hotdog machine. And no snow cone machine . By the time i realized it didn’t work return window was closed. Contacted support waiting on response… I learned my lesson… ALWAYS MAKE SURE IT WORKS EVEN IF NOT USING IT AT THE MOMENT

I just love the snowcone machine I got for my grandchildren there were so excited. It's very easy to use not a lot of heavy duty cleaning you purchase your snowcone syrups separately and the cones or you can use regular cups this machine is a big hit on family gathering birthday parties etc...I figure I was spending lot going elsewhere for all seven of my grandchildren on snowcones It's better to invest in your own It's awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 😀 I'm glad I did thanks Amazon 😊

I like this snowcone machine because its very easy to use. After inserting the ice, it shaves the ice within seconds. The only downfall is....the compartment that holds the shaved ice doesn't not keep it from melting. I knew this before purchasing it....FYI Suggestion....shave ice as needed. Other than that....It works great and worth the price!

The machine works perfectly! So glad I purchased this!! The online video is misleading, the guy pushes a button and holds it, there's a switch on the front and a black button on the side. It does nothing when you hold those. HOWEVER, the safety is a tiny button at the base of the handle! I'd have given this 5 stars, except the rubber grip handle smells so bad, I had to remove it, and the cord also smells horrible! I left both outside to air out, but both continue to have a STRONG rubber/engine grease smell. The machine works just as well without the handle! Thank you for making my sons 1st Birthday perfect!!

Crushes a bag of ice in no time! The kids have enjoyed this on multiple occasions... I took this to school for them as well (for teacher to use...) It is quite heavy.
