商品は予定日に届いたので良かったのですが棒を取り付けるとネジが１つ不足していた為１ヶ所使用出来ません。とても残念でした。

I love it it makes it easier for me to do multiple tumblers at one time, and I love how I could turn it off and back on for it to rotate the other way

One corner of the base was bent upward when I pulled it out of the box. The box was not damaged, so I’m not sure how that happened. I was able to use a sledgehammer to flatten it out and now it’s hardly noticeable. I’ve had it running for about an hour and I’m very happy with it so far! It’s sturdy and has no problem holding four 40oz tumblers at once.

I was hoping to be able to make 4 cups at a time, but 2 of the arms hang down slightly. It doesn't seem noticeable until the resin has migrated to the bottom of the cup. The other 2 arms are fine/leve. I guess it's okay for the money, but I am disappointed that I can't produce in the quantity I expected to.

This is the second time I am having to write this review. The first was removed because it was said that I mentioned packaging which I never did. The item was missing items. This has nothing to do with packaging. This item came with a screw driver that had rust on it. This has nothing to do with packaging. This item was missing one of the screws that is needed to attach one of the four arms to the spinner. This has nothing up to with packaging. These are not things that are irrelevant to the customer as the reason for my original review removal stated. Nothing in this review has to do with “packaging” so hopefully this one will make it through and not get falsely flagged. The item is of bad quality and was unusable upon receiving.
