Q: Has anyone noticed a tangible difference after using these?

I personally find it can take up to 3 months of taking a supplement to know if it's doing anything. I can vouch for the quality of these and the fact they don't upset me in any way. I personally get fewer colds when I'm taking multivitamins, Vitamin D and Vitamin C supplements. Hope that helps!

Q: Ordered these and they were delivered today however there was no seal on lid etc are they meant to arrive like this with no seal?

No. They should come with a seal intact. Contact Amazon as this is not right. You need a replacement pot.

Q: What is the magnesium salt? ie. is it citrate? it can't just be 'magnesium'. magnesium hydroxide? magnesium oxide? cheers

According to the label, it is 'Aquamin' Magnesium, a marine magnesium sourced from seawater. Unfortunately, it doesn't state the type of magnesium it is. Perhaps you could email the Pretty Smart Food Company and ask them? They have their own website.
