This really is an excellent blend of probiotics. I have tried many brands and these seem to work the best. They are easy to swallow capsules and I take 1 daily with breakfast to keep my gut healthy and for proper digestion. I used to have a problem with constipation until I started taking probiotics and since taking these daily I am never constipated. I don't mean to be gross but some people really stink when they poop and that is because they have bad bacteria in their gut. This probiotic blend kills the bad bacteria that causes foul smells and allows the good bacteria to grow in your gut. With the good bacteria in this probiotics blend, you will have better digestion, better absorption of nutrients, less gas and bloating, regular bowel movements, and you also won't be smelling up the place when you do have to poop; it is a real thing, and these really do help with all that. Sorry if that is too much info for some people, but I think everyone should take probiotics and know about the real benefits of taking them. They work well and they work quickly! I take them on an empty stomach along with fiber and a lot of water. This quickly gets the good microbes out of the acidic stomach and into the gut where they can grow. The fiber nourishes them and provides habitat for them to live in. So more microbes can grow, they can extract more nutrition from food, and you stay regular.Taking this probiotic restored my appetite during times when several factors (physical and mental) had destroyed it. For a while I had no appetite at all and had to just make myself eat. After starting this probiotic, I now have a regular appetite and eat at regular intervals again. These have been very good for health and morale, and they can also help people whose habits and/or medications cause loss of appetite.Even if your appetite and digestion are fine, chances are that the right probiotic can increase your tolerance to certain foods. For example, I get no gassiness from cheese while taking this probiotic. It also helps me tolerate spicy food and even some alcohol drinking. Of course, these results are personal and I cannot guarantee them. But for me, they are certainly obvious and reproducible results which I can get purely by taking this probiotic, psyllium husk fiber, and enough water to protect them within the stomach.This is well worth the price and I'll be buying more. The ability of a probiotic to bypass the acidic environment of the stomach is one of the most important factors in determining whether the probiotic is effective. If the probiotic is delivered in the form of a gummy or standard gelatin capsule, the bacteria will be destroyed before they can colonize the digestive tract. Manufacturers can get away with this because it is not illegal to sell a supplement that doesn't work.Upon ordering this product, I was alarmed that "gelatin capsule" was listed as an ingredient. I decided to compare the acid resistance of this product with that of a standard gelatin capsule. I did this by submerging both products in a citric acid solution (pH ~1.5-2.0) and comparing the results.The pictures above depicts the experiment at 0, 20, and 35 minutes. The standard gelatin capsule began failing at 20 minutes and was completely compromised at 30 minutes. The probiotic gelatin capsule began dissolving at about 20 minutes, but to a much lesser extent than the control capsule.At the 35 minute mark, I removed the probiotic to determine whether it's contents were exposed to the acidic solution. Although liquid did penetrate the probiotic capsule, the filling formed a protective gel that kept a significant portion of the probiotic dry.Conclusions: The capsule which contains the probiotic is significantly more acid resistant than the standard gelatin capsule. If taken on an empty stomach, at least some of the bacteria should reach the intestines unscathed.Limitations: Stomach liquid contains enzymes that can break down gelatin, which were not accounted for in this experiment. This would likely reduce the time it takes for the actual gelatin to dissolve. If this product is taken on a full stomach, it is unlikely the probiotic would survive. It must be taken on an empty stomach with a full glass of water (water increases the rate of gastric emptying).

Not only is this product priced reasonably, but it is also amazing. I suffer from IBS and I can say that this product helps tremendously with digestive issues.

I have had better probiotics before this bloated up my gut. This is the one if you want a one pill a day thing. Not sure if it makes me feel any different but now I am having to schedule an endoscopy for unletting bloat and gas pain that wont go away.
