major flaw! dont buy
in general montolit cutters are very good but this p3 125/49 has a major flaw that all should know. i am a professional tile contractor that has owned a smaller montolit cutter but my main brand has always been sigma (and in hindsight should of bought instead) and decided to purchase this cutter as long plank tiles are now very popular. the issue is the rear spring plates , as they have a lot of play left and right and make it extremely hard to stabilize the tile when lining tile up to marks. the cutter works ok if just cutting straight cuts when tile is against the top measure bar but in most applications you must cut tiles on slight angles to fit tile against areas that are not straight and this requires you to mark the tiles on the top and bottom then pull tile away from measure bar , once in this position the tile teeters like a seesaw because of the rear pads and also the rear of tile moves left to right with the slightest touch, so lining blade to marks is a real chore and a major flaw . to prevent this in the top pads there are nubs that are built in to keep the tile stable, but none in bottom pads . for this price point its heart breaking that this flaw is in this cutter and i will also be talking to monotlit about this, so buy with caution because it doubles or triples the time it takes to cut mark to mark cuts and this is something that is suppose to save time...i cant tell you how disappointed i am in montolit after spending 1200 dollars on something that i dont want to use and could of bought something i love.

Received scratche one, maybe used and returned by someone else.
I have received it today. While unboxing it I have noticed big scratches on the handle. I am thinking to return it.
