Great stuff. If you don’t know about it, do some research. Grok it or Chat GPT. Basically humans in our natural habitat and eating our natural diet would get way more magnesium in their diet. We don’t know and we suffer from it.

First time taking the threonate version and can't speak to the efficacy. However at least one capsule was open when I pulled out the cotton.😕
