and I love the texture and finish
Finished prints are gorgeous, and I love the texture and finish, but I've had more problems with this brand than with the others I've tried so far; specifically it gives me the most problems in getting the initial flow going and bed adhesion of small, detailed parts. On large parts there are few issues, and none after the first layer is established. The biggest problem I have is when a print ends and everything cools down, without retracting the filament per the instructions. So a big part of this issue is specifically me, as I don't want to deal with the issues around retracting the filament at the end of a print, nor do I want to have to manually start feeding at the beginning of the next print; and these are things that I don't have to worry about with any other brand of PLA that I've tried. That said, at this point, the end products are so nice that it's still worthwhile buying it just for the larger items, and I'm new enough in the 3D-Printing hobby that I'm not certain that the problem is related to something else that I'm not doing right. So, I definitely plan to give ZYLtech another shot, as they have a pretty serious fanbase online that obviously knows something that I don't (yet).

uneven color when printed but a really nice blue still
It's a nice deep blue that glows well under black light but it is very transparent, even when printed thick. Some areas print lighter and darker.

Prints well and very vibrant!
I've purchased multiple rolls of this color from zyltech over the years and each has been consistent and easy to work with.It really looks nice and vibrant and, with a part cooling fan and fast travel movements, caused little stringing during prints. At the peak of my last roll I was confident enough in the filament to load up my print bed with 25 pieces for a custom LACK printer enclosure to print at once and I was rewarded with 25 perfect pieces. Amazing value!

It doesn't print quite like other PLAs I've printed with
First and foremost, check your reels before you load them. My reel was tangled fresh out of the box. It was only about 4' in and it wasn't too hard to get to. But the fact that the product came tangled is an issue.Next is the fact that this filament has been a bit confusing to print with. It doesn't print quite like other PLAs I've printed with.I'm having some trouble with bed adhesion where with other PLAs I don't have the same issue. It's also globing a lot and as it doesn't seem to want to flow very consistently. I'm hearing a slight popping while printing so I'm wondering if maybe the bag wasn't sealed well enough when I got it and if the filament is wet. I'm planning on throwing it in the oven for a few hours to see if that will help. The flow of the material isn't good either. It lays inconsistently. Like it isn't flowing well or it's degrading before it hits the print bed. This could be related to the possibility of the material being wet. But, until I have time to dry the reel, I'm currently having to print this at 220 @ the hot-end and 70@ the bed, just to get what looks like some decent flow and bed adhesion. This seems a bit excessive for an average PLA.Otherwise, the color is great. On the reel it looks like a popular neon color from the 90's.On the print bed, it comes out a translucent pink.Filament is to dimension.

Bump up the heat....
This color ordered this from ZYLtech directly as they had a free shipping deal. It gave me lots of trouble initially and I had a lot of wasted prints. I was about to give up, when I bumped the heat on the hotend up a whopping 10 deg C over what I was printing the black ZYLtech PLA. My print temp is now at 223C for this color, which is over the PLA range, but that's what it likes on my machine.

Great Product
This is my first Zyltech product. I'll admit this is just as described. Its an amazing PLA and I've been printing all things with this.I do have to say that there are some things about this product that has gotten me angry. After a 21hr print I have come back and noticed that the filament is crossing some spots causing it to get stuck and not being able to complete a print. I've got a section where it just failed and it had about 100 layers left so it never completed. There are spots on the print where you can clearly tell the filament was getting caught under another portion on the spool where it wouldn't extrude properly. Hopefully the company does fix this issue. I have sent an email directly to them.

I was hoping for more...
As my title suggests, I am not completely satisfied with this filament. I have heard a few good things about Zyltech, and I wanted to give it a shot.I will start with the good things. I like the color; it just about matches the spooled green vs. printed. Also, it is the right color that I wanted for my lego wreath. The packaging was excellent, vacuum sealed and a silica packet. Most of this is expected nowadays, but it is still appreciated. Not to mention the price is user-friendly.Onto my problems with this filament. Right out of the box I have been experiencing a significant amount of inconsistent extrusion and poor layer adherence. So much so that even with changing settings around I am getting failed prints. While this could be a faulty roll, I expected better, and at this point, I am just taking a risk by using the filament and trying to finish my wreath project. Considering I came back to a colossal and messy failure that even jammed up my printer belts and pulled my thermistor loose, I am not feeling all too confident.I've attached pictures for folks to see what I am talking about (and to get a good idea of the color). Minus a handful of prints that have gone to the trash pile.I am thinking about contacting Zyltech about this, and I will happily update my review if I find a reasonable excuse for the lack of printability, but for now, I wish I had nicer things to say about my experience using this roll of filament.
