After reading reviews I bought this tent, set it up twice before first use, the first time to check how spacious it was ( we got it so we could bring the packnplay for the baby). It's a great size fots all our gear with space to move around. The bad reviews were mostly about water leaking through so I preemptively waterproofed is with spray from walmart. The spot we went camping was rocky, the tent held up no holes in the floor. And the second night/day we had a storm come through, even through the down pour and the wind the tent held firm and we remained dry. The poles are sturdy and it's easy to assemble. One person can easily put it up alone after figuring out where everything goes. Only complaint is it did come with instructions, so the forst set up was a learning process. All in all a great tent, I highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this multi-room large tent for a couple of reasons. First, the dimensions would allow for me and my wife to use our XL sleeping cots side by side. Secondly, the room divider would be perfect to separate our kids sleeping area from ours with privacy. Build quality:This tent is built like a boss! Everything is very sturdy and well manufactured. The Tarp in the bottom of the tent seems to be of a thicker material which is a win for me. Ease of take down:Initial Set up required the use of You-tube video for assistance. Unfortunately, the tent does not come with set up instructions. However, It didn't take long to figure out how to put it together. although one person could potentially set this tent up, two would be betterDurability:I'm really impressed with the quality and durability of the tent. It did withstand a couple of strong wind gusts, and that made us feel a lot more safe. My one CON to this product would be the flap poles that are included, in case you felt the need to have a "Front-Porch" on your tent. I found them to be unsteady, with no way to secure them to the ground so you can keep the front flap open. They do not secure to anything and are kind of flimsy.

This thing withstood a crazy windstorm and a bunch of rain! ((I was holding onto it through the windstorm because I don't think any tent would have withstood it)) This is the best tent look wise and price. Very surprised. Took a risk buying it because of the reviews and the zippers so look like they could have been glued better but overall it's. 10 out of 10 for a family tent and easy to setup

Set up is a little involved and you definitely need 2 people. But once you do it a couple of times, it's very easy to set up. We were lucky and didn't have rain, but I did notice dampness in the tent, so it would probably be a good idea to get some spray to make it water resistant. This thing is HUGE! We had about four inches all around the sidesof our king size air mattress. When we downsize to a queen, we'll have even more space. My only complaint is that I wish there were two more windows, in the inner room. I love a breeze at night, and that was a little tough on our side of the divider.

Says it sleeps 12—maybe if they’re pocket-sized. Realistically fits 4 humans or a toddler soccer team. The "two rooms" are separated by a sad little flap that doesn’t reach the floor and turns nighttime bathroom trips into Olympic hurdles. No private entry for the back room means everyone traipses through the “common” front room. Zippers jammed, it leaked like a sieve, and setup directions were as helpful as interpretive dance. If you enjoy frustration and damp socks, this tent delivers. Otherwise, skip it.

Great product. Instructions were simple. One person can set it up by herself in 30 minutes the first try. It’s exactly as it promises it should be. Good summer tent. I will take it out for its first camping trip tomorrow. We are doing a girls glamping trip and the electrical cord opening will be perfect for the wine fridge. Jk😉

Easy to set up, lots of room. Sleep area can fit two queen size air mattress good same with the vented area. All areas can close up. The big door in vented area becomes the shaded canopy. Overall very pleased.

Setup was quick and easy despite the overly simplistic instructions. The front awning sits lower than expected; any average-sized person needs to duck to enter. Once inside there's plenty of room to stand (I'm 6'0"). Zippers are the weak point... low-end and finicky.EDIT: Waterproofing could use some work. The rainfly worked well in a storm and the anchors held tight. Main moisture issues came from overnight dew on the sides of the tent.
