Ok, but not as good as the seringe based single use kit
Lining up the device over defect is tricky if it is in the middle and you can't look down the hole. Large footprint will not work if it is close to the edge as some of the suction cups will not be over glass. The screw used to put pressure doesn't come any where near the pressure/vacuum you get with the kit with a seringe. You do get enough for multiple tries or spots so that is nice.I used one of the kits that has a seringe but can only do one spot and I had better results and it lasted over 10 years before the star grew into a crack.I would not buy this kit again, I would pay the extra for multiple single use kits or figure out a way to use one of these more than once if I had to do it again.

Worked Great!
Excellent!! Repaired 1 large bulls eye with a large crack, 5 smaller bulls eyes on 2 cars in about an hour. The directions were very well written, read them before you start. Resin remained liquid and workable until it was cured in the sun per the directions. My lessons learned:- Wear protection for your hands. Don’t skimp here. I got a hole in a glove and my finger has been tingling for 8 hours, label on the rosin said it could happen, it did... thankfully it seems to be lessening now. I used nitrile gloves, the resin seemed to react with them a bit so have a few pairs if your job is big- the resin is VERY volitile. Not quite as strong as super glue but fairly strong and unpleasant. Make sure you are in a well ventilated area. Strongly consider wearing a respirator with filters rates for volitile compounds. I have one, but foolishly didn’t wear it.- have a plastic knife or plastic putty knife to help break the seal on the suction cups, the hole in my glove came from pulling on the little tab suction cupsIf you take the proper safety precautions, read the directions before you start and follow them, you should have success.

The single suction-cup types worked better for me.
I read through the instructions completely before starting the project. The injection frame was nothing but a hassle to use. It was night, so I used a dental curing light for the recommended duration, however, it didn't seem to cure as well as one would expect.Overall, I did manage to get a pretty nice repair by using the included plastic sheets however in the future, I would order the single suction cup type as those have worked much better for me in the past.

Filled the cracks and worked pretty well.
The media could not be loaded. The cool thing about this is you can use it for multiple rock chips, unlike the kits that are single use. The product I got wasn't the one with the syringe-looking plunger, but instead had a screw type injector (as you can see in the video I attached). The plastic on the injector wasn't perfect, but did the job. You may need to scrape off some flashing from the injection molding process. I attached a video that is about as exciting as watching paint dry, but it shows that it does fill the cracks even if it takes a few minutes. This was a fairly small rock chip. I do recommend you use nitrile gloves to keep the resin off your hands, unlike me in the video. I'm still learning.

Resin Bottle was Empty
I got everything setup and was ready to put the resin in the resin chamber. I broke the top seal and nothing came out. I opened it to see if it had another seal and it was completely empty. No resin smell or anything. It somehow got packaged with an empty resin bottle. Sending it back and trying again. I'm sure it would work fine if it had resin in it, but giving it 2 stars for my hassles.

Did the job.
It worked pretty well. I'm glad I tried it on my older truck first to get the hang of it. I wish the seal at the base was a little more robust.

Good purchase
So far, so good. The windshield had a small but deep chip from a rock. Filled in well, easy to use. Received the product quickly. I'll see how it holds up to this ungodly cold we're having in Iowa. Also made the chip less noticeable. Great price as well...win-win.

Better than I expected. Worked great. As advertised
I don’t do reviews, but this worked way better than I anticipated. I got dumped on by a gravel truck on the freeway. I just wanted to fill the rock chips and spider hits so they didn’t get worse. This thing worked flawlessly and completely filled the cracks to the point I can’t even tell where they were. Resin did make kind of a mess but it was easily scraped off w razor blade and some goo gone.

Smaller than expected
A lot smaller than I imagined.

Funziona
