I have got and started the 30-day colon detox and cleanse couple weeks ago. My goal is want to detox my body for this summer and start to eat and stay clean after this cleanse for a better life. So I took 3 pills before bedtime and drink a lot of water to make sure not hydrate (Actually, following the direction).When I wake up in the next day. Nothing really changes from regular, but 30 minutes after I drank water. That was a show time. It came out a lot like never before and I don’t know where it came from. The color is different than normal but felt great and light. And also couple times during the day but not too bad (I actually like it ☺).So I took another 3 pills for that night. That was happened again in the next morning but lighter and not hardcore like the first day, but still seen the progress in the good direction.It is more than couple weeks since then. I loosing so much weight and feeling lighter and healthier. I think this is the great start to set up goal of life that plans to clean and detox my system by using this product.I will stop taking after finish the first 30 days and keep maintain my eating habits. That is the main point to keep body cleanse. So I think I will do it again after couple months. Thank you so much

I am not finished with cleanse yet. I have one more week to complete the 30 days. This hasn't been a pleasant experience but I am pleased with the results thus far. I have lost eight pounds .at this point. I am experiencing daily bowel movements for the first time in years. What I am leaving behind doesn't quite smell like roses but it no longer looks like coal and smells like toxic waste! I will do this again.

The product is really not what i expected. I DID lose 5 pounds in a week but i was a little constipated! I drink water all day and EVERY day so i was saddened by the constipation!

I am going to chalk this up to it being my body vs the tablets. They had absolutely no effect. Even after doubling up on the dosage.

I was looking for something exactly like this product. It is excellent, works great, I did not have any major symptoms worth noting. I simply took three of the pills about an hour before bed each night to allow it to settle before actually laying down for bed. This product worked awesome, I feel cleansed and the price is really good compared to other similar products.

Have been used the brown label of this brand for the colon cleanse before but This is a concentration formula. Works very very great for me. Like this brand. Highly recommended!

Meh.,.,, these are just ok. Definitely don't work as well as other brands I've used

I hate to be rude or negative, but this absolutely did not work for me. I took it for 4 days and not a single thing happened. No cleansing, not one BM at all! I drank plenty of water and really wanted this to work but I just clogged me up. Unfortunately I can not recommend this product, and really feel like a refund is in order.
