A bit of a mixed review for this item, but bear with me.....I ordered this little trolley case after extensive research, due to its extra light weight, advertised as 1.3 kg. As I intend to use it as hand luggage, the weight is VERY important. It arrived promptly, and on inspection is very good - decent construction, looks nice, has a zipped section on the outside for documents etc ......then I saw the product tag attached - 1.9 kg!!!! Around 30% heavier than advertised! I weighed it myself, and it came in as 1.7kg. Needless to say, VERY unhappy! I emailed the supplier straight away, as I felt Id been missold the item. Im disabled, and find it difficult to arrange any kind of returns as I dont drive and live some distance from a Post Office.They emailed me back fairly quickly, apologizing and saying that the product has been updated (made heavier!) and actually weighs 1.6kg but they've not updated the info on the selling page! They then asked how I wanted to proceed - I asked them what they suggested, as I dont have enough time to arrange a return and then re-purchase another, lighter, one. They emailed me back, again pretty quickly, to say that they were processing a full refund but I can keep the case, and they hope I can find something more suitable in time for my holiday.So all in all, although I was initially really cross with them for mis-advertising/misselling, they have resolved my complaint beyond what I could have hoped for - some of the bigger Retailers, both online and on the High Street, could learn something from them about Customer Service.I would recommend this little case if you want something to fall within the Budget Airlines size restrictions, and if you've got a decent luggage allowance then go for it - just be aware of you're using it just as hand luggage with the usual meagre 5kg allowance, then its going to eat up a good chunk of your allowance.

Excellent cheap price, perfect size for using in the cabin in the above lockers. Yes, it does fall over because it doesn't have a rigid structure but this isn't a pain and actually it's an advantage because it means you can store it flat under the bed etc when you're not using it the rest of the year. It seemed to sturdy enough to me and held loads of stuff. Perfect for a long weekend holiday.

Value for money and did the job.... Lightest onboard luggage you can take in the plane.......The only inconvenience I had was that it doesn't stand up on its own when it's filled (as the material is so lightweight and has no major structure)

I bought 5. One each for the family for a short trip. The top strap came off before it even got in the car. So that made it difficult to lift for storage. Fortunately the others were fit for purpose

As other reviews have stated it is not very stable and falls over if you don't position it right. It does however fit in all the holiday essentials, it also looks quite smart. One thing I would add is that there are quite alot of these suitcases at the airport so if you are planning on putting it in the hold make sure it has some kind of tagging or luggage belt that makes it stand out from the rest...if you don't want to end up with someone elses holiday wardrobe.

The value of this bag exceeds its price! The bag is very compact, made of high quality waterproof material! The zips on the bag are really strong and smoothly sliding! The trolley looks better in reality than the picture on Amazon can show! When its full is stable with strong handle! Its lightweight! Soft top, side material, hard bottom and under wheels give the bag protection and additional stability!If you have any queries the customer service team is fantastic and available any time!

Easy to use and value for money.

Very light weight case, great size for cabin, only down is that, once filled up, it won't stay up by itself, you gotta hold the handle or lean it agains a wall.
