Didnt use the balloons just yet but the column poles came in handy loved them they are easy to put together and take down out door or inside event

It was very hard to get the balloons the right size to fit. Some sort of guide or measurements of what was required would have been extremely useful. It ended up that we had to use parts from second one to accommodate the too large skinny balloons. It was okay and we used the extra balloons to decorate elsewhere. The base, even filled with water did not stay upright so we had to weigh it down with stones.

Item arrived fast and as described. It was easy to set up,but I felt it was a little on the filmsy side. I put water in the base but the column still was knocked over. It was used outside for a birthday party and it was kind of windy. I may could have put a little bit more water in the base or sand for stability. I was able to take down with ease and store it for a future event.

Very flimsy even with water or sand at the bottom.

These were perfect they came with everything I needed..I was happy they were easy to assemble...

responded to my questions very fast. And answered questions about assembly.

As others stated, it did not include instructions. I had to use my phone to view the picture online. The pump was not working well so inflation was difficult. Assembly was not easy so they did not come out exactly as pictured and I consider myself pretty crafty. I gave up and let a friend try and they got it to at least be useable.
