This is a 2 book collection, book one looks closely at empath abilities while book 2 focuses on psychic abilities. The book on empath abilities looks at the different types of empaths there are as well as common traits all empaths share. Then, the empath reader is taught how to grow their skill set. For example, the author teaches the empath how to block too much negative energy rather than always absorbing it all. These sections make the empath stronger by exercising their gifts while learning to protect themselves. Book 2 looks closely at psychic abilities. This involves looking at how to strengthen the skills. This section also looks at chakras and how to unblock them. This was an interesting book to read and I found it to be well written.

I enjoy learning about and exploring the world of empaths so I purchase this two book series. They give great guidance for those looking to awaken their inner psychic and explore themselves more. The tips on overcoming negative energy and stress are very helpful even if you're not an empath.

If you think you maybe Psychic and are an empath, this is a great book set to read. My son is an empath so we have been working with him on how to not absorb the negative energy that other people are putting off. This book can help you develop your psychic ability. This is a short book but still a great read with a lot of information.
