No complaints from the quail, pheasants, or chickens. The gang seems to enjoy them. As do those big ass red lizards that keep coming down out of the oak trees to feed on them.Okay fine.... Some of the lizards are red and the others are black with yellow and blue stripes. But y'all get the point. Not happy about feeding those bastards. Might try to trap some for bass bait.But the maggots are good. I recommend them for your fowl.Edit....Really? These things went up five dollars a bag since I last ordered?A dollar a pound?Somebody just inflationed their axx out of a customer.

These used to be a good quality but something went wrong here! When I opened the package, the larvae were all clumped together and moldy. They smelled of ammonia so bad that it knocks you down when you first open the package. I’m NOT giving this to my chickens! Eww

Chickens love them! They’re a little pricey but you don’t have to give them a lot or often so you can make the bag stretch. They’re full of protein for the chickens and they go crazy for them. Eat them right out of our hands!

When I head to the coop with the bag of dried larva in my hand the chicken run to me. I let my chicken free roam in my back yard. All I have to do is shake the bag to get them to go back in the coop. Love these. Best by far.
