Best Anchovy Extract I have found
I make the BEST caesar salad dressing on the planet and it is because of this ingredient. Anchovy extract.This is the best brand I have every purchased. Full of flavor and reasonably priced. Excellent product

I am so in love with this anchovy oil! I've already used almost half the bottle. I've put on on pasta with some crushed red pepper, I've put it on Italian toast bites with fresh mozzarella and basil, and I've sprinkled it on my pizza (there's never enough anchovies on a pizza) and I love it on a fresh tomato and fresh mozzarella salad. YOU'VE GOT TO TRY IT! I've already placed another order for two bottles so I won't run out.

Wonderful taste
This was my first time using Colatura of any brand. I heard about it on Martha Stewart. I love Italian food and had never tried Colatura. I've been making a traditional colatura di alici spaghetti and it's delicious. It does not have a bad fishy odor and adds a nice umami flavor to food. I haven't tried other brands yet so I don't know how it compares to them. But this novice says this brand is a safe buy.

UMAMI…Bravissimo!
We found this to be superb! This is the secret ingredient for so many dishes that call for that “I can’t put my finger on it” flavor. Great versatility…oh my Caesar salad dressing too. I refrigerate after opening. Although I can’t personally take it straight out of the bottle like others here…no denying it’s magical.

OMG SUPERB!
I bought this after watching a YT video on how it was made. Made several pasta dishes with it and so glad I bought it. My wife and I love it and will buy a second bottle as the first is gone. Super tasty and elegant; did not have an overpowering flavor I expected. Amazing results in your cooking with this. This is in no way similar to nuoc mam or other fish sauces. This is the best!

Lovin’ the taste!
For someone who loves anchovies, this stuff is fabulous! I just drizzle it on my pieces of pizza, and my husband can no longer claim that the anchovy taste jumped over to his side!
