After a very thorough cleaning with TSP and water, I applied two coats (allowing 24 hrs to cure per coat ) using a 4" wide paintbrush. Gotta work quickly as it starts to dry within seconds of applying. Somewhat self leveling so it hides brush marks. I did get some pretty serious blistering on my TPO membrane but by the 4th day 95% had disappeared. Used 4 gallons on a 8x20' roof to obtain two thick coats. Much cooler to the touch now. Would recommend. Has a pungent smell that lingers for weeks but eventually disappears.

Kit was perfect for restoring roof sealant. This was to protect our 2012 Forest River Salem 5th wheel. Received everything needed to repair tear, nail pops, and seals around vents, caps and skylights. Had plenty of product with a little left over… Creates great bond and finish.

The stuff is amazing!went on ok hard to spread evenly because it’s very thick but that’s a good thing the thickness I mean you just got to work at spreading it maybe use a squeegee next time the tape is awesome works great be careful because I think it’s the stickiest thing known to mankind lol the bag of sealant sucked balls hard to work with not nearly enough rather would have had it in a bucket or tube of caulk format the price sucks balls as well way to expensive but if it works then hey I guess it’s worth sucking on some cheese balls lol we had to eat ramen for a month to be able to afford this kit LMBO

This is an exceptional kit that has everything you need and more to seal your camper roof. I had one gallon remaining after two thick coats on our 32 foot camper.After the first coat i was extremely nervous because the entire roof was blistered to the point where I didn’t think it was possible for the bubbles to go away. I allowed it to cure, and after three days almost all of the bubbles were gone. At that point, I added the second coat very thick and the bubbles reappeared. Again after three days, most bubbles were gone, and after one week, all bubbles were gone and the roof was smooth again.The pouch of caulking was awesome more than I needed. Thankfully, I plan to store the extra gallon and the pouch of caulking to do any additional fixes in the future.

Followed the instructions and video and once I got used to the thickness I was able to brush and roll on the roof.I did a flash coat over a cleaned EPDM roof and the next day rolled on the main thicker application.You need to work quickly, especially in the sun as it starts drying quickly and unless you keep the roller wet then you can start to have some of the coat you just put on start to pull up. Once you get used to that, then the application is pretty easy.I used their fabric backed tape over a couple of small punctures in the roof and on the front and back seams. Hand brushed those spots and down the roof sides and around the vent and other openings. Rolled the rest.The bag of sealant material arrived pooped open but was luckily in a heavy duty bag. They shipped a new one out immediately! Excellent customer service.Been 2 weeks and no bubbles and looks to have cured great. Will monitor every month to make sure it stays adhered.The product worked as the advertised!!

Nice how everything you need comes in this kit. I have not finished my roof yet but appears to be doing a great job on the part I've done. Unfortunately, one gallon was damaged in shipment, It seems there is a no refund policy for the damage. I would need to return the entire order That's not cost-effective. I hope I have enough product to do my job. I think I will. If not I guess I will have to take the hit of ordering a replacement gallon. Other than the shipping damage this appears to be a really nice product.
