Powerful little pistons
They did the job, exactly as described. Very sturdy and provided enough lifting force to lift a heavy wooden lid on a storage unit I built.

DIY Bed Lifter
I bought this for the under-bed storage in my R travel trailer. I originally bought 100N struts, but they were too weak to hold the lid up. At the time, last year, only 100N and 300N struts were available. I calculated that 100N was too weak, and 300N was probably too strong for the bed frame. I went with the 100N item, and it helped, but it would keep the lid open. More recently, I looked on Amazon again, and I found these from Vepagoo, with a full range of choices from 50N up to 800N, and they also have 200N available, which is what I needed. The great thing about these struts is that they have a right-angle mount bracket. That's what you need for a DIY installation. I reinforced my bed frame, to take the forces from these struts, and I also reinforced the platform lid, which was only thin plywood. I also had to move the hinge, so it was in line with the strut, otherwise it wouldtweak the lid sideways each time you open and close it.An excellent upgrade, that only added 1lb of weight for the struts and the extra reinforcing. Great quality product.

Good deal as "Used".
These were used as sold. For the value, it was worth the purchase to see how used the were.Upon unboxing i found that one has the ball socket greese smoothed. The other was factory original glob of greese in its sockets. After i clipped them on my Leer Canopy rear glass hatch door, they work well and i would buy another set for the price as used, they are fine.I didn't write the seller any questions to find out what used condition was. If i were to sell my "Used" shocks i took off, and you bought them from me, you would sue me, as they are used, dirty and worn out.But these were probably just returned as a fit didnt work for the previous owner.I'd buy from this seller again.

Fits, but not quite strong enough for Nissan Leaf rear hatch.
I bought the 90lbs version of these struts hoping they would fit my 2013 Nissan Leaf's rear hatch, as the recommended OEM struts cost way more than these. They do indeed fit!Unfortunately, the lift strength leaves a bit to be desired. On a cold day, it does not automatically lift the hatch -- I have to lightly help it up. On a warm day though, they do lift by themselves okay.If Vepagoo would make some stronger versions of these, I'd go for those. Otherwise, it might be worth spending the extra money to just buy the legit OEM struts.

Great compression
So far so good, I accidentally ordered these a little too long yet they still work great, have been going from months now and have not a single bit of compression, it's super satisfying throwing the lever for the glass and having it actually open up, it's also nice having that extra legnth because the window doesn't flop around when I have to transport longer than bed lumber and the glass needs to be up, it's also super easy to install!
