The carabiners look a little bit weak and the weight mesures are only in lb and not in Kilos. But the product itself looks solid and worth for the price.

Well made with good materials. Time will tell, but I see this workout set lasting a good while. The stitching on the grips is good and the material is sturdy. The one thing I would change is the grips have soft foam/rubber that I do not see lasting and breaking down and tearing in a few months. Everything fits in the pouch so you can throw it in your suitcase for a workout on the road. Overall, a good product. Change the grips with hard rubber.

…tightening, toning , strengthening, AND building…here are the body areas rated…so you can go light or heavy… to be sure, no one is stronger than this unit… CHEST…one arm flys are incredible, and incline push-ups are good for toning ( the more horizontal, way tougher… Biceps… single and alternating will give you major pump…TRICEPS…behind neck one arm will burn you to bits… MILITARY… both two arm and single will max you out on only a couple bands…LOW ROWS… one arm pull will tighten your lats big time…REAR DELTS…are very difficult and will build… SIDE LATERALS…both single and double really stress and build strength…WRIST/FORARM…this alone is worth the price of admission…the handles are very comfortable… good grip…and the bands are easy to add… and the combinations of weight bands are endless so you can have light or heavy workouts…this is a absolute must for me when travelling…especially for guys who need their daily endorphins… hooks up easy to any door…this unit will give anyone a long term easy or hard exercise program… or for builders a really great option on the road ( and don’t think you’re stronger than max bands )…lastly, yes you can do legs…included is an ankle Velcro wrap that allow you to do…squats, leg extensions, hamstring curls, and especially for the ladies great inside thigh workouts that you will remember next morning…comes in an easy carrying bag…got order in 2 days…

I use this almost every day to still get a pump when off gym days or any other time. The elastic weight ratings aren't realistic. They have to be stretched to the limit to maybe get what they are rated for. I add a 50 and 20lbs to to get something that I feel is near a 45lbs dumbbell or cable pullThat being said the quality is good so far after 3 months of use and it is worth the money
