Best faucet I've ever owned!
I was worried about ordering a kitchen faucet from Amazon, but this is by far my favorite faucet I've ever had (I've lived in a lot of homes). It is heavy duty, great quality, pretty, and my husband easily installed it (same hole as previous faucet). The spray is the strongest I've ever had and I love it!

Beautiful, sturdy, easy to install. Faucet perfection
Whether you’re upgrading individual components or doing a full remodel, this faucet is the Thee One. I saw this featured on Hannah’s Happy Home and it was the first time I’ve been excited to look for a faucet. It’s simply stunning and feels incredibly well made. Installation was the most straight-forward for any faucet I’ve installed, just a Phillips bit or screwdriver needed. Took us 90 minutes, which included removing the old faucet and drilling two new holes in the countertop to accommodate this design, as well as replacing the aerator. Water pressure is amazing, and temperature control is so accurate with hot & cold handles. We also upgraded our pans to a new set of ceramic and find ourselves washing them by hand because this faucet is a joy to use.Came well packaged. I have nothing but good things to say about this; we are now a Kraus house!! Make sure to purchase the matching aerator for your dishwasher!Disclaimer: I did purchase an open box version, but this faucet is the business at regular price IMHO. Everything was wrapped in plastic and in the original cardboard structure. This is designer hardware for your kitchen at affordable, accessible prices.

Perfect addition!
Such a great faucet! The only hard part of the installation was yanking out the old one. I've owned this for five months and its a pure joy to use, not a drip, doesn't slide around, visually the highlight of my kitchen. When I replace faucets in other parts of my home they will be from Kraus!

Love it
Love this faucet. Only had it for a few months, but the finish is great, doesn’t show spots at all, sprayer works well! I wanted pull-out sprayer but not a gooseneck faucet and this is perfect. Metal color looks much better with new stainless steel sink than previous chrome faucet. Style is really versatile and could go with modern, industrial, steampunk, traditional. Only problem was with the weight on the tube underneath, that helps the sprayer retract. It was crimping the tube and reducing water flow. So I just removed the weight but left the small clamp that goes with it, no more issues.

Looks well thought-out . . . time will tell
I got it for $144.41 in ‘Used Like New’ condition from Amazon Warehouse––saving $45 over Amazon list price. It looks like a well thought-out product, and went in without a lot of trouble. My wife already likes it better than the old one and had no problem using the spray handle, despite arthritic thumb joint. Only time will tell if it lasts, or develops problems early. I don't put much stock in early reviews, and neither should you. I take the review process seriously and will raise or lower my evaluation depending on performance over time. While installing I did a comparison with my 9-year old kitchen faucet that cost $209 from Ferguson's. The supply lines and main delivery line on this product are 1/16" to 1/8" smaller in outside diameter than the old one. (The inside diameter which carries the water is the same.) Also the main faucet body is lighter; the threaded part that holds it to the counter top is not brass, the mounting lock nut is aluminum not stainless and neither are the locking screws. This may all be well thought out engineering design to bring the price below the $200 ouch point, without affecting performance and longevity––or not. Time will tell. Paying more will not necessarily get you better, as a reading of reviews of the big name brands will show you.I'm happy for now, and while troubleshooting the old faucet, I found and repaired two other problems under my kitchen sink. (1) a missing bib washer on the hot water cutoff valve, which I was able to repair by replacing the seat with one from a new BrassCraft valve ($10) with no need for soldering. (2) a leak in the main sink drain which turned out to be a bad 1-1/2" plastic gasket (a $2.09 fix). Always feel good when I can diagnose and solve problems like this and save hundreds in plumber bills.I may not have even needed the new faucet, as the fix to the cutoff valve seemed to solve the low hot water pressure problem. This had been a recurring problem for at least three years, and this time it hit on Thanksgiving Day! But after I found the deal, we decided to go for it and keep the old one as a backup. The lesson there is to be sure you don't have other problems before condemning your faucet. Low water pressure is frequently a supply line problem, often a broken valve or line clogged with something. There are some helpful videos on youtube about solving this.

Lovely addition to our kitchen!
So we were skeptical about buying a faucet head on Amazon but let me tell you that this product is high quality, large, durable, and accurately as described! The value for our money was perfect and it literally took my husband about 10 minutes to install! The water comes out flowing with the option to turn into a shower type of spray. The functionality is practical for use and I would most definitely recommend this product!
