Just what I hoped!
I love this Rosary and plan to wear it so to remind my fellow Americans to pray. But I thought I read it had black beads and this one has redwood-looking beads. That's why 4 stars rating. Tag still on it "Made in Italy" made me very happy. Home of my Roman Catholic Faith, The Chair of Saint Peter and my Confirmation Saint Francis of Assisi.

Misleading headline
There is no way that you can ever call this A monk's girdle rosary. What this is is A $10 maximum rosary with 2 rings attached to it. Unless you are a monk or nun that is 3 feet ' or 4 feet tall then this will make sense. I must say the beads are quite beautiful but this rosary is Not a "monk's girdle Rosary" and the price is an insult. Seriously look at the pictures you can get a bigger rosary for 20 bucks and you can buy your own rings and attached them to it.
