So far, this item is working as well and fits perfectly in my case. It holds the gpu perfectly and the color is right cuz my rig is completely black. Was easy to assemble it.

Does the job.
Used to mount a Gigabyte Aorus 4070 Ti Super Master (just rolls right off the tongue). It’s not a small GPU, nor lightweight. Installed in an H9 Elite March 2024. Absolutely no sag or problems with the riser adapter included. Pricey, but it reliably does the job.

Works for my NZXT H6 Flow
Works perfect on my NZXT H6 Flow, I was worried it wouldn't because it's technically not "supported" for this case. The little bottom stand foot hits the bottom right fan in a good spot so it doesn't disturb the fan or air flow.I have used a Gigabyte 4070 and MSI Gaming Trio 4070 Ti Super (as seen in photo) with this mount with no issues on weight or bending.

Worked great… until it didn’t
I used this NZXT vertical GPU mount with my RTX 4080 Super for about a year and it looked awesome in my white build. It worked totally fine at first, but recently I started having random black screens and my GPU fans would ramp up to 100% for no reason. Thought it was my PSU or GPU dying, but after a ton of testing, I removed the riser and mounted the GPU directly into the motherboard — problem instantly went away. This mount is supposed to be PCIe 4.0 compatible, and maybe it is, but something definitely started failing over time. Could be the cable degrading or just not handling the power draw from newer GPUs. If you’re using a lower-end card, you’ll probably be fine, but for high-end cards like the 4080/4090, I’d recommend going with something more heavy-duty like CableMod or Lian Li.Looks great, but didn’t hold up in the long run.

Looks great, fits H9 and runs at pci-e 5.0.
Fits perfect in H9 Flow. Vertical setup looks great, card runs a bit warmer than horizontally. My 9070xt pci-e 5.0 continues to run in 5.0 although the spec on the cable states 4.0 with this vertical setup. Bought on sale for $56.

Pricey but worth for cooler temps and aesthetics alone.
This might cost as much as the H5 Flow but it has a premium quality feel to it and the PCIE 4.0 Riser has been stable in all the games I've tried. Old and AAA games.Surprisingly it's cooling about 7-8 degrees cooler in high demanding games. In the H5 Flow in horizontal position if you're using a big cooler that's on a 4080 Super or 4090 the fans don't have much room to breathe because in the H5 Flow the bottom side of case is covering the PSU at the bottom so it's just suffering from getting any room of air. With the vertical mount it provides more airflow and airflow orientation within the case is improved since now the GPU heatsink fins are pointed upwards towards the exhaust so you don't have hot air recirculating through the case. It's a tight fit with the Gigabyte 4080 Super Gaming OC. The only larger GPU's that won't fit are the Gigabyte Aorus Master and Asus ROG Strix 4080's and 4090's. And the benefit from the vertical mounting these huge GPU's gets rid of the known GPU sagging. There are other vertical brands but if you to be 100% sure it fits and supports your NZXT case stick with the NZXT vertical mounting kit. And the PCIE 4.0 is stable 100% in my experience.

It works fine. Installation is overly complicated.
I would say this mount is fine. It does what it says it does, and everything works fine. It looks nice, if you have a card that looks better from the bottom side.Installation was quite the process. I expected a slick install for a 1st party accessory, but they do not make it easy. There was one screw in particular that I needed a flexible screwdriver to be able to install it because of the clearance where the parts fit together. Once I got past that, it worked fine. The construction is solid, and they have a piece built in to support the GPU, so it doesn't sag and damage something. In my use, my thermals were a bit worse when using the vertical mount. Nothing major, but consistently higher by a couple degrees. It might have to do with my specific GPU's design, but I'm not sure about that. All said, I decided to switch back to the standard mount.
