Terrific. I made a mistake and thought they did not deliver all the parts to soles. Gave them 3 stars. But today I found the heel and it was my fault. The soles are super comfortable and adjustable height. Fast delivery. The seller is terrific. So sorry for wrong rating the other day.

Got the three layer, it is the correct height (2.4). but it only increase height by 1.5 inches. Comfortable, not big difference

I recommend these Height Increase Insoles replacements, but the smell is like they came from a horrible waste depo. They’re no different from the ones my cobbler uses to repair my footware. However, my cobbler charges way more. I’ve found it more economical to use these Height Increase Insoles replacements. Then, all I had to do was pry off the old heel cap and apply the shoe goo. Cutting the excess was a bit challenging, but my leather knife worked well. These replacements solved a problem for me at a low cost. I recommend it but they stink like you pick up from the garbage container.

Pros: • Fits any shoe since its just the heel. • More confidence. • Stays in place. • Comfortable when using just the 1.2 inch sole. • Total of 2.4 inches, I went from 5'9 (175cm) to 6'0 (183 cm) • More looks from people. • Cheap. Cons: • Cant use them for long periods of time without feeling pain. • Cant play sports since it will mess them up. • Have flat feet like me? Only use the first insole (1.2 inch), anything higher and it WILL mess up your feet even more. • Tend to only last about 3 months on average. • Must use shoes that have a heel above 1 inch or else your foot will keep slipping out. I tend to wear basketball shoes alot so it's no problem for me. • Be prepared for people to call you out and tell you to take off your shoes. All in all these are dirt cheap for what you're getting. I highly recommend these. I will be ordering another pair of these when my current ones run out. Lastly, don't put more height on some days and less on other days, people will start noticing you are shorter and taller on different days. Hope this helps.

DO NOT this item! it has a strong toxic smell. I almost threw up four times! the smell stayed on my hands after i scrubbed & cleaned my hands. I have no idea what that smell was but amazon should investigate it. this is my first review ever and i wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t true.

Amazed. This insole is pretty spot on. You have to make sure the shoes you put them in have some height on the sides like boots etc any low shoe like a loafer or sneaker or deck shoe this will not work for. This seems so far pretty comfortable and sturdy I have only had them for a day and have worn them for a few hours and I was impressed with the height it gave .e and the comfort they seem pretty durable I only wish that the layers would snap together better. So far no slippage and I am impressed for the price. I already ordered two more.
