A laxative works better.
I have been using this for 2 weeks, once a day. I intentionally have not been doing anything differently with my diet or excersise in order to see if this is beneficial. So far, my weight has not changed, nor have my daily bodily "functions". So far, it seems to be a pill that does nothing. I have 2 more weeks to go, but not anticipated much more.

Ich habe das einen Monat regelmäßig genommen. Ich habe mir eigentlich so 2 bis 5 Kilo in einem Monat weniger erhofft. Aber es war nix. Nicht ein einziges Kilo ging runter. Das fand ich sehr schade und somit war es völlig rausgeschmissenes Geld. Und zudem, ich ernähre mich gesund und gehe 2 bis 3 mal die Woche trainieren. Also an der falschen Ernährung und zu wenig Sport kann es nicht liegen. Schade...

Habe diese Superwirkung nicht gemerkt. Mache jetzt FdH und Sport, das dauert zwar, aber bringt auf jeden Fall auch den Erfolg.
