I feel like these gummies have basically saved my life lol I’ve had insomnia forever and even struggled to fall asleep with prescription meds. What’s nice about these gummies is that they help me fall asleep but they also don’t make me stay asleep for too long or wake up super groggy (like melatonin or other sleep aids). If I drink caffeine too late, they don’t always work but I’m also super caffeine-sensitive so just be aware of that possibility if you take them after having caffeine.Every once in a while, I will not have enough food in my stomach when I drink my morning coffee and I will get a bad case of the caffeine jitters or what I would call caffeine anxiety. When that happens, I can take these gummies and they won’t put me to sleep and they won’t cure the caffeine-induced anxiety completely, but they do help with the shakiness and queasy uneasiness a lot, so it’s nice they can serve another purpose… tho I try not to have those episodes lol.Overall, I def recommend these and hope they work for others the way they’ve helped me!

These are the best things ever. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks and they're great. They say gummies, but the texture is a "firm" gummy, not like a candy gummy, and there's no uniformity, they're different sizes. Although they're still great and get the job done. I sometimes have insomnia and these help me fall asleep. I've been taking them up to an hour before bed. My dog used to wake me up a couple of times a night to go outside, and I would have trouble going back to sleep. Now I know it's not his bladder because he doesn't go all day while I'm at work. But since I've been taking these, he does it only once a night. That makes me think I might be sleeping more soundly and not disturbing him. Anyway, after getting up I now have no trouble going back to sleep. In addition, in the mornings there is absolutely NO grogginess. I never wanted to do a subscription with Amazon, but I did with these, and this is my first subscription, so I'll always have them.

Whilst this sleep aid technically worked, the statement about waking up fresh is highly inaccurate. It’s 3pm next day and I still feel groggy, I would not recommend this product which essentially leaves you feeling like you had NyQuil the night before.

It's the only sleep jelly I've ever had that worked.

These are strong. Will put you to sleep, I woke up with a headache not sure why. But my whole family loves them.

I am someone thats had sleeping issues for more than 15 years. I hate melatonin because it makes me clumsy and groggy the next day. Valerian root makes me hallucinate. Literally everything on the market just isn't right for me personally. Ive been buying this for almost a year now and I'd say its worth a review. Its the only thing ive found that can nudge me to sleep and keep me sleeping. Even if my 3 year old wakes me up, as soon as hes back to bed, i can fall back asleep very easily. Im pretty grateful I found s this product honestly.

These gummies are incredibly useful for sound sleep. I don’t use them all the time or even every week, but I know when occasional sleepless nights happen I can sleep soundly with these. They taste yummy and have a light fresh and not there too sweet flavor. Sometimes I only need one gummy. They also add a calming quality that is very nice bonus. Not groggy the next day.
