Good quality replacement BT socket. Very easy to fit and quality sound.

Easy to install,working without issues for broadband and phone and appears to be providing a slightly better quality broadband than via the splitter option which I had used on an old main phone line plate. Not encountered the lever clip not cutting into the wires or intermittent broadband issues so I am v.pleased with the connector and it is much tidier than what was installed previously

Great product, price and service

Bought to replace an extremely old and abused master socket. I chose this version because it came with a backbox, which I also needed but that is the most flimsy part of the package. The back plate is about equal parts of solid plastic and open space, which at least means cable entry shouldn't be a problem for anyone (if it is coming through the wall), but you need to use all 4 screw holes to attach it to the wall and even then there is too much flex going on for my liking. The other issue I had is that my BT cable is old solid wire, which is too big really for the connectors. I managed to make it work but was expecting the plastic to snap as I tried to clamp down on the cables. Luckily it didn't and a speed test says I am getting the advertised download speeds, so works well enough.
