I recently used the 3M Panel Bonding Adhesive 08115 for a vehicle restoration project, and it exceeded my expectations. This two-part epoxy adhesive is OEM recommended and comes in a 200 ml (6.75 fl oz) cartridge, making it suitable for various automotive applications.

It provides a strong and reliable bond for my automotive repairs. The two-part epoxy is easy to mix, and it sets quickly, allowing me to finish my projects without delays.

Stuff is literally stronger then welded metal.

3M Panel Bonding Adhesive, 08115 works great! I used it to completely cover small rust holes in the roof of my truck. I didn’t want to pull the windshield so I taped around it and mixed the 3M Adhesive with fiberglass and placed it in and over the larger 1/4” holes. I let it dry overnight and it is ROCK HARD! It might be overkill, but I didn’t want the mess of pulling and reinstalling the windshield and welding up the holes. This stuff may be a little expensive, but it’s well worth it and I don’t have to worry about any more rust at the top of the windshield and roof! BTW, I also over-coated everything with POR-15 as an extra layer of protection.

Wow!!! This stuff is fantastic. Grips like no other. Goes on easily and cleans up just as easily. It hardens quickly yet has a long enough window that you can work with it after applying. It's not cheap, but if you're doing auto body work, YOU NEED THIS.
