Disappointing
These were only in one colour of each, ie all dinner plates white, all sideplates blue etc. each set of 4 wrapped in cardboard, in a plain cardboard box, not suitable for a gift.

Plates / bowls all the same colour
Bowls and plates were all in just one colour (the palest), not one of each as should be supplied which suggests Amazon are selling seconds not the actual proper item advertised.

Minor damage meant return of the whole thing
2 mugs of the 16 piece dinner service were damaged. Having tried Denby and Amazon I had to return the whole thing ! Very annoying
