Q: What is the required pump pressure needed?

I am currently running 60 psi. I was at 40 psi. Lower pressure results in less swath width but mostly it increases the droplet size. It works well at 40 but I wouldn't go less.

Q: Is the $60 for a pair of end nozzles?

Nope, just for one nozzle. It’s not even made out of gold, just plastic.

Q: How many feet is the spray pattern?

All three spray nozzles spray 25 to 30 feet. The one nozzle shown in the picture will 10 to 15 feet depending on your pump pressure and bpm.
