Not often I write glowing review on Amazon, but this buy was a good deal (so far). Bought it early for my 10 year olds Halloween costume. Looked at the $70 masks and was reluctant to spend that kind of money on something that might not work properly or be too complicated to set up. This $35 is perfect for our needs. It is simple. It’s just the mask and a charging cord. Brief directions are on the side of the box. It does seem to be a bit on the small side. But it covers a small to medium size average person face so it does work for adults too. It charges pretty fast - he was able to play with it about 15 min after we opened the box. It’s comfortable. Foam pads around eyes are great. The strap is Velcro adjustable. There are two types of settings; gesture sensory to change the display or manual display, (you push a button under the chin to change display, covering the sensor for 3 seconds changes the mode back and forth. It is easy to work for a middle grade child or adult. I love this style, because my son would lose a remote control fast and he doesn’t have a phone so an app style wouldn’t work well for us. It seems quite sturdy. I do worry if he drops it on hard floor that could be the end of it, but that’s why $35 is a better deal than $70-$80. Would recommend giving this a try! Very pleased.

Mask arrived quickly, and was charged right out of the box. Used at different parties and worked great. It was a great hit, and all the animated faces were clear and super cool. Awesome fun!

Easy to use and my kid LOVES it! Also it’s super fun to take camping in the pitch black. Pretty neat product, and I like it doesn’t require Bluetooth/phone connection.

The mask is pretty cool and has several displays. The gesture sensor is only to change the display to the next design and to lock it to that design. The lights do not move to your mouth position or respond to your voice. My son still very much enjoys this mask.

Used it twice in a year. No longer charges. Was stored in its box in the house between uses.

My kid became instantly popular on Halloween night wearing this mask! All the other trick-or-treaters oohed and awed over the LED images. The different “faces” were so easy to change with a wave of the hand.Not too scary -appropriate for the kids.
