The media could not be loaded. It’s a little too small for me, but it works nicely! I’d say despite the size, it’s comparable to a Verilux. Only thing is that it doesn’t provide directions nor does it tell you what each lighting does for you. There are 3 different lightings and 5 different brightnesses for each one (IF, I’m counting correctly), which is cool. There’s a timer of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes, it has a stand, and a plug.Someone also mentioned that it doesn’t provide UV rays. It’s not supposed to!!! Happy lights are meant to mimic natural light, not give you cancer! Imagine UV rays hitting your eyes with this light. UV rays are toxic. That’s why sunglasses exist.It’s easy to turn on and off. Just tap the on/off button! And the look is sleek. Pretty standard and nice.I would give it 4 starts for the lack of directions, not necessarily the height or anything else but I gave it a 5 overall. It’s great, and it gives you 15,000 lux of light in terms of brightness instead of the standard 10,000. You get a ton of use of out this little thing, it has great quality, and it’s worth it! Just know that it’s smaller than a standard Verilux light if that helps.

I loved it. It had different settings to make it really bright or really low. It had a timer on it that you could set from 15 minutes all the way up to an hour. I liked because it was touch control. Very simple to use.

Very bright. Easy to use. I didn’t think it would really make a difference but I when I turn it on right away when I wake up. I have a much easier time waking up , getting out of bed and being productive.

I recently purchased a light therapy lamp, and I couldn't be happier! The brightness is fantastic, providing a much-needed boost of light during darker months. The functionality is excellent, with multiple brightness settings and a handy timer feature. It's also lightweight and portable, making it easy to move around. Overall, this lamp offers great value for its price and has significantly improved my mood and energy levels. Highly recommend it!

If your serious about light therapy you need 15,000 Lux. The ones I tried that were 10,000 Lux were not bright enough to make an impact on my mood. Aside from the theraputic use of this panel it makes a great light at the bedside stand. It has color warmpth and diming features and controls are right up front, visible and easy to use on the panels face. It can set ambience in a room. It is light weight and its size and thinness make it easy to pack with my laptop. This is the only panel I tried that exceeded my expectations.

Bought this when I decided to move to Alaska because the lack of daylight gets to me in the winter. I didn’t use as much as I intend to but it’s a great little lamp with lots of settings and even a timer.

I have been in a long rut for many many months I believe I may even have covid long haulers disease because I am always so tired! My new ritual is as soon as I wake up I turn this light on for at least 20 minutes I take my medicine I stretch in bed and I absorb as much of this light through it being next to me as I can visually it is enticing and amazing how much brighter it is than all the other lights in my bedroom I do believe this has helped me get through many days so far I even so much as turn it on midday while I'm at my computer because I need that extra little boost and this does the job! The science behind this is true and this is a great value and a great size light this is the purchase for you if you're looking for a light that mimics sunshine!

This light looks like it is of good quality and has what seem to be useful settings. However, the instructions are almost nonexistent. Basically, it tellls you to plug it in and nothing else. I had to search for where to attach the power supply to the light.. It doesn't tell you what the different colors are for, how long is best for your purposes, what the different brightnesses are for, absolutely nothing! If you're not familiar with these things, I'd suggest buying one that gives better instructions.
