I am trying these for joint pain and after a week, they seem to be working. But an unexpected bonus is that after only two days, the sinus and nasal inflammation I have had for YEARS is GONE. This is the correct Montmorency Cherry for sleep; other supplements may say tart cherry but are not Montmorency. This helps me greatly with sleep with 3 tabs per day. I take one in am, one in afternoon and one at bedtime. Wonderful product!

Pure cherry juice was recommended to me as a sleep aid. Pure cherries produce melatonin in the body and are dissolved well. I am diabetic and the capsules took the carb concern out of the picture. I take 2 capsules about 1/2 hour before trying to sleep and it has added hours to my rest and night.

These little tart cherry pills have helped keep me out of a surgeon’s office! My knees are awful but with this supplement I am able to walk better.
