use of a few pages, an error message is received on the hp printer and the ink stops working
After a short use of a few pages, an error message is received on the hp printer and the ink goes out of action.I bought the product at a relatively high price considering that it is an xl quantity and after using a few pages I received an error initially with the color cartridge and immediately after with the black and white cartridge that the printer did not recognize the ink and I could not continue printing anymore. I tried to start the printer and do various actions to return the ink to use - without success. It's literally throwing money away. I would expect to get a full refund on the product not to mention heartbreak
