I LOVE this mug. tl;dr - you can drink out of it with the lid off, and it feels like a nice, comfortable mug. Put the lid on, and it'll keep your coffee for hours!I have an SM water bottle that keeps ice overnight - it's amazing. So I figured I would try a SM travel coffee mug, too. This one looks and feels nice as a "normal" mug (with the handle and smaller size), but also has an option to throw on a lid and hit the road. As an added bonus, it's short enough to fit in my keurig.I made a coffee, and didn't touch it for 30 minutes (I have three kids). Took it in the car to the gym - and still didn't drink it. THREE HOURS LATER, after my workout, I cautiously took a sip --- still hot and delicious.10/10 - I'll be using this cup until the kids are old enough to let me drink my coffee when it's hot ;)

I'm one of those that nurses their coffee so it gets cold and I feel like I've wasted my coffee. This thing keeps your coffee HOT and for a long time! I've had other metal travel coffee mugs but this one is the best. Others the handle is a separate piece welded or screwed onto the mug and after a while or accidental washes in the dishwasher it's ruined, rusted etc. This mug is a single metal piece all around including the handle. The part that opens up so you can drink doesn't get in the way of your nose or hit your forehead when drinking from it, like a lot of other travel mug lids do. The lid is super sturdy too! The designed is really slick, looks really nice. And the price point is reasonable for what you're getting. Other metal travel mugs can be $20 plus. You won't be disappointed by this travel mug!

I have a Simple Modern tumbler that I love, so when I wanted an insulated coffee mug I went for the same brand and it’s just as good. Insulates like crazy, tough and durable, looks cool. The only complaint is that doesn’t fit in the cup holder in my car, so if that’s important to then this mug might not work. Generally speaking, though, Simple Modern insulated cups/mugs are top notch.

It’s perfect for my tea. I can drink out of it like a regular mug or if I need to take it on the go the lid is very convenient. The lid also works for steeping and the temp control of mug keeps the tea warm long enough that I don’t even need a mug warmer.

The blue geode design is beautiful, but the walls of the cup are thin, so i was highly skeptical that it would hold heat. How wrong i was! It is comfortable to hold, beautiful and does what it says it will do. I am VERY happy with it!

Got this Mug as a gift for my wife on mothers day. She is a stay-at-home mom and always complained that her coffee was cold by the time should be able to drink any of it. However, with this mug, she said that the coffee stays warm for hours and allows her to drink it warm even when the kids keep her busy.

Love the mug has a great lid and is dishwasher safe but is just a little to wide to fit all the way into cup holder on car but isn't a big issue

So unlike most people who wanted to use this mug for travelling or when they are out and about, I wanted to use it at home. It's easy to get distracted with kids and work in the morning and by the time I got down to drinking it, it was cold and tasteless. After quite a bit of research online, I decided to go for this one even though it was pricey and a brand I was not aware of.Love the fact that it has these lovely colours, it's definitely one thing that sets it apart. At 350ml, its the perfect size for those who want a little bit of milk with their coffee and those who like good mug of tea. I have never used it with the lid, so no idea if it leaks or not but the lid does seem very tight and probably capable of keeping the drink in place. I know you are not meant to use it in the dishwasher, but I have put mine in there and it's absolutely fine. I can't be fussed to wash up in the morning and as it's steel I didn't think it would be a problem.Two things I didn't like at all! Firstly, the packaging in the bag. I would prefer a box which I could recycle or maybe no packaging as Amazon provides enough paper in its box. However, the cloth bag was rubbish I think. What do you do with it? it's not the kind you can store stuff or use it as a gift wrap for something. In my case, it went into the bin! Secondly, I expected the drink to be a bit more warmer, I understand I don't use the lid but it does cool down a lot quicker than I expected. I think next time I will go for the double insulated thick steel mugs which I have used before. They definitely work a lot better (without lids) and this one was more style over substance

Perfect ‘mug’ size and looks so good!! I get so many compliments for how nice this mug looks! Yes it’s a bit pricy. But after buying cheaper ones that looked boring and leaked I decided to invest a little more and it was worth it! This mug is metal and had a matt/powdercoat feel to the outside. The plastic lid fits really well and unclips to reveal a decent bit to drink through. If your like me, I make a coffee at work and forget it exists until it’s too cold to drink-not any more!! This bad boy keeps it super hot for hours!! And did I mention it’s fluorescent Pink and turquoise?! No brainier-you need this in your life-work will never be dull again (or atleast not when your drinking your coffee). 🌈 ☕️ 🌈

Great mug. Made tea in a china mug and transfered and it was hot (but not piping hot as I like it) two and a half hours later. If I had made the tea in the Travel Mug it would probably be piping hot ( I was being daft, not thinking).I want it to take gardening/shopping/days out/motorway services to buy a cup of tea without a throwaway cup so it doesn't need to stay hot for long, just long enough to find somewhere to sit and drink. I already have the best small flask (bought on Amazon make: Zojirushi) ever made for longer times.So it has a plastic lid, IT DOES NOT LEAK. It has metal integral handle on which I can attach a clip and carry it on my bag when out. It is smart, a large mug size, it is a great travel mug - very pleased with it

Very disappointed in this mug. I spent a very long time researching mugs with lids for my elderly mum, who shakes badly to stop her spilling her drink and scalding herself. It had to have a screw on lid rather than push on and I thought I’d found the perfect mug. HOWEVER, after throwing away the packaging and giving it to my mum I was informed she was unable to use it as the drinking spout is almost inline with the handle making it impossible for her to hold the handle and drink!! Very disappointed after wasting £15.99 of her money!

Best cup I've ever had, got one for myself and my husband,and convinced a bunch of friends to get one tooThe one I've got is the scout (355ml).I've had it for a year and been to a bunch of festivals/camping trips with it, plus use it everyday at work.The lid is completely leakproof, and it has a full, sturdy handle, so you can attach a carabineer to it and attach it to a tool belt/bumbag and not worry about spilling what's left of your drink.It keeps stuff cold/hot for a long time! While camping I've made a coffee before going to bed and still had it hot in the morning! Also it holds a full cannot soda/beer so it's nice to be able to pour the whole thing in, crush the can and throw it away immediately to avoid carrying trash around until you find a bin again.It's easy to clean, doesn't have too many grooves and nooks where stuff can stay stuck, which makes a world of difference when camping.Very happy with this!
