Works as intended. Much easier than oven. Way less smell. Easy enough to clean, with ample storage capacity with the extra canister. Great value.

Excellent customer service.
I really like this product, it has saved me so much time and it works so well. I did have a problem with the Infuzium 420 where it was making a squealing noise. It was working just fine I was just concerned with the noise.I emailed them and within a matter of a few hours I got an email back saying they are shipping a replacement. Very satisfied with the whole set up in general.

the agitator is very loud sometimes
the agitator is very loud almost like there’s something stuck in it -then the next time it rotates, it’s fine. It’s like every other time. It sounds like the lid isnt on good but it is. I’m hoping I don’t have to send it back.
