Expensive
For what it is basically looks like a coffee cup Strahl, chopped up into little pieces, definitely not worth the amount of money they are charging for what you get, look for alternatives they are out there at a quarter of the cost

Works just like cat genie brand.
I’ve have a cat genies for close to 15 years now and buying their supplies gets expensive. This is just about identical to the cat genie brand and cheaper.

Clogged drain tube.
I thought I would give it a try hoping the negative reviews were wrong. They were right; I was not. The product severely clogged the drain line and bound up the impeller. Not a nice mess to have to clear. Spend the extra few bucks. How much did you pay for that Catgenie? Enough said.
