The Lincolns: A Scrapbook Look at Abraham and Mary

My son's school library has this book and after looking through it for two weeks with my son we decided to buy our own copy as a gift. Well worth it. Photographs and information are organized in a great way for young readers to follow and absorb the information. I learned many new things and I have read several bios on Lincoln over the years. This book is a great addition to any family library.

I have a stack of books on the Lincolns, but Ms. Fleming's book is my favorite! It is so well done! The stories; the photos; the tidbits! I can hardly put the book down! Her stated goal is to leave us feeling we just visited old friends and she accomplishes this magnificently! This book is a must have! And it's one you can proudly display! How proud Abraham and Mary would be of this beautiful book on their extraordinary lives!

My husband wanted this book. He read it once from the library and decided he wanted it in his home library. He said it was the best book on Lincoln. Happy to have found it for him.

Tons of pictures. Very interesting book. Could not put down. Price on Amazon was better than at home. Must for Abraham Lincoln collectors.

I love the form of writing their history, and how the book is so interesting! I really recommend this book if you want to know about the life of this couple.
