High quality, and all tucks away neatly into a little bag. Packaged with care. Can do a lot of different exercises with these. It’s not the same as lifting weights because you get max resistance at the end of the range of motion instead of even all the way through, but this can be advantageous depending on what you’re going for.I had joined a gym but never went because it was so crowded and the atmosphere was so uncomfortable - people bothering me - etc. This is a great at home option without requiring much space, and you can actually get a real workout.Would love the option to buy heavier resistance bands.

I just received the kit today. It came well packaged and nothing was missing or broken when I inspected it. I played around with it for about 30 mins. I looked through the booklet and tried a majority of the exercises it listed.I am a well-seasoned gym person. I have slowly transitioned from heavy free weights with splits 6 days a week to a more holistic gym approach to keeping healthy. I've seen a thing or two and have watched trends come and go.Here are my two cents:Yes, this can give you a "real" workout. Yes, this can help you build muscle. No, it is not a miracle worker. You get what you put into it. No, this will never make you look like the Liver King. Can this be a "complete" gym? Maybe. For some.I would recommend finding a "Resistance Band 8-12 week" workout plan online. There are plenty. Follow one and you will definitely see gains. You will definitely lose weight. And, most definitely, you will get more chiseled.The best way, IMO, to use these are to treat them like tools to achieve "Metabolic Stress". I.e. doing a higher number of reps to achieve failure. Keep that in mind and these will take you places.My 2 negatives are:1. They should have included some lighter cord "weights". I'm pretty strong, but some shoulder exercises (external rotation e.g.) need lighter weights. 40 is just too much2. Some exercises are uncomfortable. Try doing a standing bench press with the strap across your back. Either the cords are scraping your arms, the strap is twisted and digging into your back or the strap is sliding up to your neck. If you can't find a comfortable position for the exercise listed in the manual, chances are there isn't one.Overall, I'm glad I purchased it. I feel like it is definitely more gentle on my joints. Just don't expect it to be a complete gym unless you are a complete beginner.Edit/Update: 4/25/2023 - I have found a resistance program called Lit Method. You can buy their smart resistance bands that keep track of tension and reps or you can use your own resistance bands (like the ones I reviewed). Think Peloton, but for resistance bands. $79.99 for the year. I have no relationship with them I'm just trying to help you find ways to better use these bands. They have 100's of classes and programs to follow. I ended up buying their bands because its a cool idea, but they are twice the price of these. Check it out and get to work!!

One band broke and I can not find where even to buy more bands

I take this thing everywhere! Compact and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Everything seem to be good and solid equipment but one of the bar piece is bent and can't screw them together so hopefully I will get the better set very soon.Updated:-2 days later, I got brand new perfect set and I can't wait to get six packs...lol. Very good seller! Thank you very much...^_^

Gave it a shot purchased 4 different sets gave away the other 3 kept these. Great versatility use every day. Definitely buy these bands then search resistance band workouts on YouTube ....like haveing a personal trainer at your fingertips.

It's not all you see in the video bands are light in weight looks like the pole is bending never again

I quite like this product, though there are only two weights of bands to work with which gives a 40lbs minimum jump between loads. Also you can only max out at 90lbs total. I would like to see more bands or at the very least the option to buy more bands with different loads.Also the bar comes lose pretty easy. I have to tighten it every two or so usages.

Returned item. Long red bands do not have equal tension resulting uneven performance.

It is really a good resistance bar. With the addition of carabiner you can use resistance loops if you desire/prefer. The rotating part is smooth. The bag is a rather nice addition to keep things tidy.
