I use for occasional topical treatment. I recently had one of the pesty corner thumbnail spits that hurt. I treated it with castor oil, covered it with a band-aid before bed and in the morning a re-treatment. I seemed to really speed up the healing process. Within a day or so. You can use this for a variety of treatments.
