I buy a lot from Amazon, and have good luck, however this knee pack started leaking after 4 uses, they said return and would give me a new one, why spend money and time on a 15 dollar item, not worth it, don't buy it. Made very cheaply.

I like the way this fits around my knee. It is comfortable. I used it cold and it worked well to relieve swelling. I dont have pain but it is uncomfortable to bend my knees after I have been standing like to clean the house because of swelling. I used the refrigerator to get the gel cold. It wasnt stiff and bent around my knee comfortably. I walked up our steps with no problem while wearing it. Would recommend product for swelling.

I was dubious at first about the opening (for the patella) but....it turns out that the cold encasing the perimeter really helps my torn knee....it's a nightly ritual (wearing it) while watching the news....but it helps a lot!

Finally an ice pack that is designed for my knee! If you're tired of trying to figure a way to tie a rectangular ice pack to a round knee, this is the product for you.
