TOPSCOPE FP8874M - Fuel Pump Module Assembly E8874M fits 2005 2006 2007 2008 Corolla, Toyota Matrix L4 1.8L

UPDATE, 2 years almost later and still running strong. I have put about 25,000 miles on since install and it is still running good. So my 2007 Toyota Corolla stalled out while driving from home. I had it towed home and began working, first thought it was an electric issue, changed alternator and checked battery. Turns out had good power, after thinking of what an engine needs; fuel, spark and air. Since I had electricity I had spark and my air intake was fine, I moved onto fuel. Ordered this part, install took maybe 10 mins. If this doesn’t fix your issue and it is gas make sure to use a multimeter on the connected that goes to the fuel pump that sits on top. Put the positive pin in and ground the negative pin to a bolt on the door. Have another person put the key in the ignition and read the voltage being sent, if none then it’s your relay. Will advise of how this product works, but as of right now was able to start the car right up and drive.

Worked just fine for 2007 Toyota Corolla. Been two months now

Had to rent a tool to remove the fuel pump assembly lid, and once I was able to maneuver the old assembly out, this new one fit right in. The new filter sock is inside the bottom of the new unit and the O-ring it came with was too small so I just re-used the old O-ring. You don't have to bend the fuel level arm to get the old assembly out (I made this mistake), just maneuver the old fuel pump assembly carefully as you lift it upwards and outwards until the old unit comes out. This new Topscope fuel pump assembly seems to be working well and fits right in; I wanted to replace it after having to first get my fuel injectors cleaned and refurbished for a pesky P0171 code. Edit: The OEM tank seal part number is 77169-02050. You can see in the picture that the Topscope tank seal is too small in diameter, and you will notice in your hand that it is also less wide than the OEM tank seal.

Like plug and play. I talk it right away. It fits nice and easy. So far so good. Hopefully it would last a long time. Glad it fix my problem with my car

Replacement works great

This pump assembly worked fine for 2 days, then the fuel level sending unit stopped working, I could not tell how much fuel the tank had, the actual fuel pump was a litle noisy compared to the new pump I bought, in my opinion a sign of poor quality. I ended buying a brand name fuel pump, only the pump, not the whole assembly. Now this pump is sitting in my back yard. I would not buy this product again..

Whenever reading comments and or reviews, I would advise everyone to make sure you give the most accurate and correct information about your individual vehicle in order to assure you receive the right product for your car.
