I saw that Jacques Pepin uses this brand so I thought I’d give it a go since most truffle oils have that fake truffle smell. This is absolutely divine! When I opened the bottle, I instantly caught the aroma of real truffle. Drizzle this on Alfredo sauce (totally American but my god is it good!) or on some creamy, French-style scrambled eggs. It takes anything you make to the next level. Yes, it’s expensive, but you’re not drinking it or making a salad dressing with it. One bottle should last me a very long time, and when it’s gone, I’ll order more. As far as packaging, like some others have said, the top of the tube that held the bottle came off during shipping and the cap got dented. Not a huge deal and it still works. This could be remedied by taping the top of the tube to the tube itself.

Once I read how the white truffle taste had gotten popularized by chemicals and not actual truffle flavor, I decided to look into different brands that had less chemicals. This one, for the price and flavor, comes out on top. It’s not as “truffley” as others, but it costs 1/4 of the amount. I use this in pastas and rices and risottos and salads and dips. I really like it and it’s my go to brand for white truffle oil. I use it weekly or more. During quarantine I ran out in about a month.I would liken it to your go-to balsamic vinegar, but not the once-in-a-while great balsamic vinegar that costs an arm and a leg but you only need a few drops.

If you love white truffle oil and are often disappointed with other brands that say things such as, "flavoring" or "essense" or anything else that describes a weak truffle oil, then you must try this brand. Those other brands do not keep the aroma after opening. Believe me, I've tried many. This brand has such a rich aroma from the first time you open it to the last drop. Shipping is prompt with great packaging to protect the bottle. It's worth every penny.

This is my 2nd bottle.The first one was a gift to me, and I loved it so much that I had to get another one.I've tried two other brand of Truffle oil and this one is by far the best one.It's the 100% organicItalian extra virgin oil with pure white truffle extract.There's no preservative or additive in it.You can just smell the difference.I'm drizzling this oil to pretty much everything I eat and enhance the umami of any dish with such a sophisticated truffle flavor and aroma.I drizzled it to my poor man's lobster roll and it was amazing😍Yes great product costs more.This is definitely one of em.I was little disappointed that the lid for this oil case was dented.No it doesn't affect on the quality since the lid is for the case and not the bottle top.But I spent $41 dollars for this.I wanted the package to be perfect...Quality 5 out of 5Packaging 2 out of 5(The lid for the case was dented)Value 4 out of 5($41 is pretty expensive)Despite the high price, this is by far the best white truffle oil I've ever had!If you are serious about the quality, definitely get this and try it for yourself!

I definitely got a bad batch no truffle smell at all or any pieces of truffle they claim to have at the bottom. Get the truffle hunter oil it’s way cheaper and much better tasting

I happened to work at a very famous defunct restaurant in Cambridge,MA as a sous chef. The Exeutive chef and a close friend of mine happened to know Paul Urbani. We used to receive regular shipments of White Truffles (in season) so why would ANYONE in their right mind expect me to say anything negative about Urbani Family products!! My chef friend gave me a Urbani white truffle to give my grandmother on her 90th birthday. She had Eastern European family ties and was thrilled beyond belief with this gift. I wish to thank the entire Urbani family for bringing JOY to everyone who cares about good food.

I've used a lot of white truffle oil brands, and Urbani has always been my absolute favorite. It has a brightness that I have never tasted or smelled in any other brand. The day that it arrived, I immediately made some spaghetti carbonara and drizzled a little of the oil just before serving - a teaspoon or less. Heavenly! I admit that it is more expensive than most brands available on Amazon, but it is most assuredly worth every penny.
