The price is steep, but worth it to me to get ordinary vegetable oil out of my diet. I thought this might have a bit of an avocado taste to it, but I couldn't tell the difference from veggie oil.

The oil is fine, but the plastic bottle's gotta go ... I transferred mine into glass.

I like the fact it has not been processed with heat or chemicals. The healthiest oils are cold pressed and lowers the free radicals which cause inflammation, disease and aging. I use it for baking mostly where the temperatures only reach 350 degrees max. Again, temperatures which are lower help retain the vitamin and nutrients best. Now that I know where to find your oil, I will order it through Amazon. Thank goodness you have integrity and passion about health.

Yes, with avocado oil it's got a high heat smoke level and will not release bad omega 6 which is harmful in high doses. All I'll ever use
