I've been a fan of Bettervits for 2 years now. The quality is second to none, they are easy to take and I've never had any side effects from them! What great is there is a guarantee - which makes the company more reputable than most. The quality of the ingredients is second to none.

Really good. I started using them as I found Magnesium should help for sleep and so far my sleep has improved a lot. I find myself wake up less at night and sleeping through more and more. Wery happy. Have used them about 1 1/2 months now and see myself continuing to do so. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the price, it's a bit steep unfortunately.

Great magnesium complex tablets! I sleep well and I am more relaxed during the day. I have been on them for a very long time and when I have a break from them every couple of months, I can feel the difference.
