This is by far the best tasting spicy asian jerky I’ve had. Great great flavor.I wish this was sugar free. Going to start there. I’m keto so the carbs aren’t great.

My original review wasn't approved to be posted, so here I am writing a new review. It was my honest review and I've even provided proof of my experience with photos and a video, which I no longer have.Review: The jerky was thick, soggy, and hard to chew. The flavor was ok. It would have tasted so much better if it was thin and crispy (like chips) like it was described to be on product description and product photos. I was very disappointed, because the picture was deceiving. Gosh I purchased 4 bags, totalling over $50! That was my fault, for believing the photos, instead of other's review. Lesson learned.Recommendation - if you like thick, chewy jerky this would be for you (though you wouldn't know that because the photo shows thin and cripsy). I wouldn't recommend this if you are looking for the thin and cripsy texture.

First let me start by saying I wish there were more pieces in the bag. This size that I received is more of a trial package. It was one hell of a trial. The flavor is amazing, The texture is more like dried steak, and it has fat pieces also. Fat is flavor, this product was packed with flavor. 15/10... Will buy again. Buying the 1/2 lb bag next.Update:After purchasing the 1/2 lb bag, I am not sold on it. In large quantities the quality isn't there. But in smaller batches it tasted good. I gave it 3 stars because I couldn't give it 2.5/5 The 1/2 lb batch tastes more burnt than the flavor I had experienced before.

I'm a huge fan of crispy cambodian style jerky! However.. that is quite expensive, so i have since been in search for a cheaper alternative. So when i saw this on amazon, I had to pull the trigger. Turns out.. this jerky suffers from the same issue as the cambodian jerky that i use to frequent.. but worse. This is way too overpriced, enough so that it just isn't worth it.If you have the money, go for it. Otherwise, it's 13$ for 4-5 pieces of jerky. I opened it and finished it within 15 minutes. Very disappointed with the portion.As for the flavor though, it's quite good. It could be a little crunchier but the flavor is very good to me. It's a same i can't say the same about the value.Hopefully they could work on putting out better quantities or something. Because I checked their site and instagram. They might have put all their money towards the packaging and photography, but not enough to put more portions in the bags they sell. Unfortunate.

One of my favorite beef jerkies out there, the taste of this beef is truly unique! Slightly sweet and savory with a spicy kick! The best part is its texture. The brisket they use is top-quality, thin, and juicy. None of that tough and dry jerky that breaks the jaw. And what's even better is the fatty bits! So soft and flavorful!I do agree with others that the portions are a bit small. But good beef jerky does come in a premium! And if I could change one thing, it would be bigger packs. I easily finish the whole pack in one sitting!

Not like any other jerky you have had. There is a lot going on here. It has the texture of tender brisket but doesn't taste like it. It is certainly different. Wasn't expecting so much fat to be on jerky but that also makes it oily and moist. The mild heat from the red pepper kind of sneaks up on you after a few bites. Not something I would have on a regular basis, but good for a change every now and then.

The best jerky I’ve EVER TASTED!!! I keep ordering it because I can’t get enough!! It’s sweet and smoky with just enough heat and fat!!! OMG you’ll get addicted like me if you try it!!

Spend the extra money and try carnivore snacks. Light years better flavor and texture.(but they don’t make any spiced ones)
