It was exactly as described, very minor scraps. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the purchase. This iPad was a birthday gift for my daughter, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. When it arrived, I anxiously unboxed it and inspected every inch, just to be sure. As mentioned, there were only a few minor scratches, hardly noticeable.I was relieved to find that it started up perfectly without any complications. There were no ID locks or any other issues that we needed to address. She couldn't wait to start exploring the features of her new IPad. The iPad looks and works as if it’s brand new. Battery life is great, quality is perfect. Super easy set up and the customer service was great. After I purchased it the vendor sent me an email asking if there were any problems and if it was I could send it back to get fixed, which was amazing. I would absolutely purchased from here again.

So like I said it’s old. So at this point it doesn’t even do the latest update so I’m already using “older” versions of apps. It lags when I’m typing since I type very fast but tbh I use it daily im not mad at it just can’t wait until the day I can afford a nicer newer one! This one doesn’t let you use the apple pen that’s something I want on my next one. Camera quality is also kind of fuzzy. It’s giving iPhone 3G quality tbh. Maybe even android lmao. I also notice if I don’t plug it in at night it’ll definitely be dead by morning. Maybe im draining all the juice and not noticing but sometimes it’ll be on like 10% and die! Like dang give me a sec to grab the charger!!

Order an "acceptable" "renewed" ipad. It works perfectly and looks amazing. Highly recommended.

When we received this thing it was already programmed so I couldn't transfer my daughter's old one onto it, then within a few months it began turning itself off with 30% battery power left and when you turn it back on it was down to 5% somehow. And it is having the worst problem staying connected with any charger we can find. I am never buying a used one again.

Ordered refurbished ipads for the grand kids birthday and they shipped fast and were in excellent condition for a fraction of the original price.

I bought two of these for my girls for xmas. PERFECT for a family on a budget. It is January 31st and no problems so far. They came in perfect condition, I would never know it was used. I ordered "excellent" quality option.
