First, as I mentioned in previous review this Ofuzzi vacuum is excellent, and very high quality. Very good suction for debris on floors, etc. between my housekeeper's visits as I can no longer use my corded upright. I am disabled from a stroke and the ease of use with this Ofuzzi and normal maintenance such as emptying and cleaning with limited right hand movement is ideal and the only one after exhaustive research I could use. Second, it was my mistake not to contact the Seller via Amazon. I sent messages on their company website that did not reach the appropriate department. Contact them via Amazon Seller because in less than 24 hours after my first Amazon review post they responded and resolved my issues entirely. I highly recommend this Ofuzzi vacuum.

This is by far the best rechargeable vacuum cleaner you can buy for its size. It’s great for small tile floors and the car. Sucks up everything you put in front of it, and the price was great. I’d highly recommend it.

This item is used to clean cars and a small 26' camper, and did well on the camper. The power on/off switch could be located elsewhere to keep from accidently shutting off while using it. It is reasonably quiet and easy to clean. Fast delivery and otherwise a quality product.

I really liked this product. It worked really well it’s lightweight. It has good suction and it’s perfect for those little messes. It charges quickly. It has a nice design. I like the extra long crevice tool but when I tried to wash the filter, I followed the instructions, wash the filter let it dry for two days. And it doesn’t suck anymore. The device turns on and you can hear the motor run. However, there is no suction power. It’s almost as if once the filter got wet and dried it now blocks the suction for some reason I don’t know, but it no longer works and I cannot return it as I’ve had it too long. So I give it a one star. Because it tells you you can wash the filter. But once you wash the filter, it is dead.

This thing works great. I mean, you’re not gonna want to vacuum your whole house with one, but it’s great for spot cleaning and touch ups and vacuuming crumbs out of drawers and stuff. I have a lot of carpet in my rental home, a toddler, a cat, and a husband. This is great for getting small messes off the dining room carpet (I know, eew) and getting in those dusty corners that my roomba misses. The suction is better than I expected. With the brush attachment, it will pick up almost anything off the carpet. The attachment makes it long enough to not have to squat all the way down. The battery has lasted long enough for me to finish all of the jobs I have used it for. Definitely recommend!

This vacuum is pretty good until the battery decides to no longer take a charge. I purchased this unit in August 2023 and it stopped charging by April 2024. I will contact Ofuzzi directly as I'm past the 30-day mark on Amazon. I will update the review with their response and level of customer service.

Excellent suction & lite weight

This is the 4th handheld I've tried. Definitely a keeper. Here's why - Lightweight & sturdy Great suction - with a booster Long attachment that stays on A LIGHT at the end of the attachment that allows me to see what I'm getting in othe ut of the way corners and at the bottom of my pantry The brush attachment helps pick up dust An indicator light that shows exactly how much batter life And this was unexpected - I'm able to stand the unit up on a shelf in my pantry when it's not charging because it's back side is flat. This takes up less storage room and didn't require me to figure out how I was going to hang it.
