Great keyboard Great price
I got this keyboard as I have problems see the regular ones. The keys are too small and don't light up. I saw this one at a great price and fast delivery. I was very pleased when I set it up. Yes it has a cord, but I don't walk around with a keyboard. The keys are very bright, easy to see and I love the fact that the F keys are on a separate line. For the first time, in a long time, I didn't have a headache after working on it for over 4 hours. The keys are very comfortable and easy to read, even in diminished lighting. Thank you for a wonderful produce and I would highly recommend it, especially for older people, like me, where eye strain is a very big possibility.

Good Keyboard but needs lower profile on Keys
I got this keyboard when my Logitech MX keyboards failed to work. Well do to a software problem this keyboard failed to work on my Windows 10 HP computer. After several rounds of things to try with Perixx support we fixed the problem. It has to do with registry entry values. What I like about this keyboard is the colored backlighting choices except it's limited to just 3 colors. The backlighing stays on unless you turn it off via the LED key. You can force it into a rainbow mode but I would have just preferred it to have different colors for the different key groups. The keys have a good tactile feel and are very quiet. I would have liked to keys to be of a flatter profile. Legibility is excellent.

My new favorite lighted keyboard
I bought this lighted keyboard as a replacement. The replaced keyboard was made by a different manufacturer and had some nice features like multi-colors, but it didn't last: 6 months of daily use and some keys were sticking so bad it became unusable. I like the Perixx keyboard, especially the raised lighted keys which have a nice feel when depressed. The keys are lit along the sides and on the top. I've had a keyboard like this before (different manufacturer) where the top surface of the keys eventually wears down and the lettering becomes smeared, but that was after more than a year of heavy use and only on the most used keys. Overall, I give this keyboard 5 stars for functionality and value.

Great Product
Bold Keys that give a solid push and are well lit. I like the light turn off function for those days the light is too bright. I would recommend this keyboard, especially for those are still in the hunt and peck typing style.

Mixed feelings on this one
I bought this keyboard a little over 2 years ago. At the time, my biggest concern was how long it would take for the paint to wear off the keys I used most frequently. Let me detail my experience up to date:First, I like the keyboard over all. The size and shape is really good. I am not a large keyboard fan, nor do I like a keyboard that is too small. This one is just right.Second, the layout is fine for the most part. Everything is where you would expect it to be. Nothing shifted out of place to make space or to reduce space.Third, while the paint on the keys was a big concern, ironically, the pain has help up really well on all the keys, especially the arrow keys which I probably use the most. The only real point of wear is where I anchor my ring finger when using the arrow keys.Next, I will address the infamous "overspray." Yes, there is some overspray on the keys where some of the black paint goes into the lighted area around the keys. Its hard to explain but completely obvious when you see it. Anyway, before I bought this keyboard I read a lot of reviews on it and there were several people complaining about the overspray. Honestly, who gives a crap. Its a minor thing that some people made into a major thing because they are snobs about it being perfect. Like I said, who cares. Does it work? Yes. Does it light up as expected? Yes. Good enough for the price which was about $17 in 2022. The overspray does not affect the functionality of the keyboard nor does it interfere with the lighting of the keys. Get over it people.Lastly, I want to address longevity. The reason I am actually making this review is because here I am 2 years later and I am starting to have trouble with some of the keys not working. In my case, three of the four arrow keys. The down, left and right keys are becoming intermittent and sometimes do not work at all. I cannot track down why exactly these three keys are giving me trouble, but as mentioned, the arrow keys are the keys I tend to use the most, so I can only conclude that they wear out over time. This is disappointing.I have ordered another and will see how it holds out. I hope it fairs better than 2 years like I got out of this one; especially since the price has gone up a bit.

Great gaming keyboard, not for heavy/office use
EDIT: This one eventually died from overuse- and I bought another one. That's how much I like it Much more comfortable to use than the keyboard on my office PC at work- love the big square keys with my fat fingers.Edit 2: Just bought my third one. I get a couple years out of them even with heavy use. Well worth the money.I originally bought this for gaming. The PC is in the bedroom, and with a lighted keyboard I can turn the lights off so as not to disturb my Lady Wife when she's sleeping. Works great, easy to see, even use it in daylight. The key action is way better than I expected at this price.Thought the lighting was working intermittently, but only because I didn't realize the Scroll Lock key toggles the light on and off.Only caveat: I ended up working at home during COVID, and am using this keyboard all day for work and for gaming in the evening. Some of the keys are showing signs of wear; the keys themselves are clear, and they're masked in black to create the letters/numbers. Ironically, that's the other reason I replaced my old keyboard. And the original keyboard eventually did die. So I can't recommend this as a heavy use/business keyboard.

Lasted 4 Years
Love it - I use this for gaming (nothing crazy) and word processing - the lighting keeps it easy to see when I have the lights out without being overbearing, and it lasted over 4 years before the keys finally started fritzing out. I'll be buying another to replace. Hopefully they haven't changed the design since then!
