Compact bar perfect for hip thrusters. I wanted to be able to do hip thrusters at home instead of at the gym. Since it is short, it makes it easy to workout in a small area. It has held up to constant use and the finish looks almost new when wiped down. Great product for compact spaces. If you want to do other movements such as clean and jerks or other lifts, I would recommend a full sized bar.

this bar is very well constructed and haven't had any issues with it. during shipping or packaging one of the two spring clips fell out of the packaging it seemed. I reached out to the seller and they quickly addressed the issue. Very pleased with the bar and the seller.

Wanted a 4ft bar for preacher bench, this works well for that purpose.Finish is good, knurling is useful but not too aggressive.

The bar seems well-built and should be perfect for my workouts. However, the advertised weight is 9kg, the bar's end caps show 10kg, and I weighed the bar itself at 8kg. Not sure how that happens unless you have lackluster quality control and marketing. It should work for what I need though.
