Timing kit seems to be good
Replaced the timing chain and tensioners in my 2012 Passat with this kit. Overall seems to be okay, do NOT use the oil pump gear that comes in the kit. It does not fit, timing cover will hit it and if ran would wipe out the oil pump. My personal preference/opinion on a pre 2011 would be to update to the newer oil pump and one piece gear. Overall, I’m about 3,000 miles or so in and had it all apart again while replacing a faulty rear main seal and everything looked great. I currently am installing this kit on a 2006 3.6 also and will update if any issues

Don't give into the temptation to buy cheap parts. This will ruin your engine
The parts all fit like original but the plastic guides only lasted 1000 miles and broke into pieces. Not I have ro do the job all over again.

El producto en general es bueno, y funcionó muy bien, sin embargo hace falta corregir el engrane central qué une las dos cadenas, el orificio dónde sienta el engrane no es suficientemente profundo y queda fuera de alineación con respecto al engrane del cigueñal, por lo tanto al colocar la tapa de distribución el mecanismo se traba y ko es posible hacerlo girar (tuve qué dejar el engrane original).
