This replacement blade assembly got my old panasonic cordless trimmer working again. The old blade assembly was noisy and no longer cut hairs even though it looked fine visually. My old trimmer is quiet and effective again with the new blade assembly.

After many years of use, the blade assembly failed. It was great to be able to buy replacement blade and repair the trimmer rather than replacing the entire trimmer.

I've had this trimmer for a few years, mostly for light, sporadic use. I had a full grown beard that I wanted to take way down and when I tried the trimmer it felt like it was yanking the hairs out of my face with tweezers. I figured maybe the battery was run down so fully charged it and the problem persisted. I read some online information that led me to believe it could be a bent/ dull blade so rather than throw out the trimmers, I bought this. Approximately 30 seconds to install and boom, cutting like new!

A decent blade out of the box is easy to swap, and factory grease fades fast. Should replace every couple months.

My husband has had the ER-GB40 for at least 8 years. It's the only razor that has stood the test of time and was truly waterproof. But it eventually got harsh and was retired to the back of the cabinet. After his other 2 failed, I figured this would still work but needed a new blade, but figured there was no way this blade was still in production. This little replacement blade was well worth the price! There are no directions, so it took about a half hour to fiddle with (getting the clips back in the right place was the hardest part) but afterwards, was as good as new! A half hour of learning something new was worth it to not have to spend another $80+ on a new razor. Highly recommend!

I need to replace the blade every 4 or 5 shaves but it does a good job
